1. ELIGIBILITY

Contest open only to residents of the United States and Canada. Must be 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest to participate. VOID where prohibited by law. This contest is not affiliated with NASCAR, BUSCH, or any of its entities. This contest is a game of skill and may not be used in any form of gambling.

Each entrant in the Contest must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail account indicated by the entrant's e-mail address and have Internet access during the Busch North Scene Fantasy Racing Online Challenge schedule. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account is opened.

The first Busch North Scene Fantasy Racing Online Challenge series kicks off with a 3-race contest beginning with the CVS/pharmacy 200 at the New Hampshire International Speedway (NHIS) on May 12th followed by the Seekonk Speedway on May 26th, and concluding with the Holland International Speedway on June 2nd. This first series is FREE TO ENTER and we have some very nice prizes lined up! The WINNER of the first race (NHIS) will drive a Busch North Series car at White Mountain Motorsports Park on May 28.

The second Busch North Scene Fantasy Racing Online Challenge series kicks off on June 10th with the Beech Ridge Motor Speedway race in Scarborough, ME.  This series is a 6-race contest and will conclude on Sat., July 14 at the Thompson International Speedway, in Thompson, CT.

The third Busch North Scene Fantasy Racing Online Challenge series kicks off on July 21st with the New Hampshire International Speedway (NHIS) race in Loudon, NH.  This series is a 10-race contest and will conclude on Sun., Sep. 30 Stafford Motor Speedway, Stafford Springs, CT.

The FINAL Busch North Scene Fantasy Racing Online Challenge series is the finale  and kicks off on Sat., Oct. 13 Lime Rock Park, Lakeville, CT.  This series is a one-race SPECIAL "final event" race.

To enter, visit www.FantasyRacingOnline.com/NEScene and complete the online registration located on the Busch North Scene Fantasy Racing Online Challenge HOME PAGE. Or, you can go directly to their online entry form. Each registrant must provide their legal first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, etc. as well as credit card information (if applicable). The first series is FREE. The fee for series #2 is only $9.99; series #3 is $19.99 and the FINAL EVENT is one race and is only $4.99. (All winners from previous series earn a FREE entry into this final event)/ All major credit cards are accepted. The FREE contest (series #1) is limited to one entry per email address. All other fee-based series you may enter as many as you want.

4. OBJECT OF THE GAME Back to Top
The main object is broken down as follows:

• Build a team of  ANY FIVE DRIVERS that you think will PLACE in the Top Ten. To receive credit, all your driver must do is place in the Top Ten.
• Each driver that places in the Top Ten will earn you ONE credit (correct choice). This accounts for ANY of your drivers. The best case is to have all FIVE of your selected drivers finishing in the Top Ten.
• You will earn points on HOW YOUR DRIVERS FINISH. (Each finishing place from 1 to 10 will have a corresponding point value). These points are tabulated and participants having drivers that place in the Top Ten will be credited with those points as determined by the scoring structure. For example, if you have three drivers that finish 1, 3, and  8 then your score would be (110 + 60 + 10 = 180 points). See scoring below for the complete scoring structure.
• You will be required to stay within a $1 Million "Fantasy" Salary Cap. Keep in mind that using the "lowest salary cap" possible may earn you a higher ranking (see scoring below).
• To assure that there are individual winners in the weekly races, we have incorporated the following Tiebreaker system which will be used in the event of ties.

• 1. Closest to the Actual number of "Lead Changes" during the Race.
• 2. Closest to the Actual number of "Cautions" during the Race.
• 3. Whoever picked first (or the actual time your final list of drivers was compiled).

Each race, you will go to the LOGIN area where you will use a drop-down menu which includes a list of all drivers including their associated salary cap value. The screen has a real-time calculator to show where you stand while building your 5 driver racing team.

Each series is a new contest with a new prize structure. You have the option of playing in any of the Busch North Scene Fantasy Racing Online Challenge series beginning with our FREE contest beginning on May 12th - CVS/pharmacy 125 at the New Hampshire International Speedway (NHIS). You can play in any of the series races on our schedule. Once registered, you are eligible for all races in this particular series.

5. SCORING

Dollar Values are roughly based on inputs from the NEScene staff and are subject to change. No values will change within a series however.

Participants scores will be based on the above table and will calculated and reported shortly after the completion of the race. In most cases, the standings will be updated the evening of the conclusion of the race. You must submit a separate weekly driver line-up for each race within each series in accordance with posted deadlines. The resulting finish by each of your selected drivers, and the Points earned from our scoring system based on drivers that you selected for the particular race (Contest) week, will be determined by their official finishing position (according to official results) in that Contest Week’s scheduled race. YOUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE POINTS FOR THE RACES WITHIN EACH SERIES (as bound by our scoring rules) WILL DETERMINE YOUR PLACE IN THE SERIES STANDINGS.

Once registered, you may enter the Contest by submitting a weekly driver line-up (with the Login Name and Password you provided) for each Contest Week. 

Players may submit their driver line-up for each Contest Week at any time prior to the deadline listed in the Official Rules. Players may change their selections as long as that change is received by the applicable deadline listed in the Official Rules. 

For any Contest Week in which a player does not enter a driver line-up, he/she will receive zero points. THERE IS NO DEFAULT SELECTION.(To assure you of a team we have "Auto Pick Insurance" which builds you a competitive team of drivers based on a formula designed by the drivers past performances).

Players will only receive points based on the performance of the properly selected drivers. Only one driver line-up is allowed per team name per Contest Week. If more than one driver line-up is submitted, the most recent one will be used. No responsibility is assumed for late, lost or misdirected entries. In the event that a scheduled race does not take place as scheduled, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, either to cancel the relevant Contest Week or to treat any rescheduled race as if it was the scheduled race. 

5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Series Winners

The registered player with the most of their top five drivers finishing in the top ten, and if tied, the most points resulting from your selected driver finishes, and if tied, their tiebreaker status will be the Series Grand Prize winner. In the event there is still a tie, the Series Grand Prize winner will be evenly divided amongst tied teams. The same method will determine the 2nd through 5th places as well. (see prize tree below)

Odds of winning depend upon your knowledge regarding Auto Racing.

All Winners

All winners will be notified by e-mail. Each winner will be required to respond to the winner notification by e-mail and, in such response, must confirm his/her full name, residential mailing address, and phone number to receive their prize. The failure to respond timely and completely to the winner notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsors, in their discretion, may select an alternative winner from among those remaining eligible. Any prize notification returned as "undeliverable" may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from among those remaining eligible entrants.

By accepting the prize, a winner grants permission to the Sponsors to use his/her name and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by and, before receiving the prize, agrees to execute a written release and affidavit of eligibility, unless prohibited by law.

By participating, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest and/or these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply. All federal, state or other tax liabilities arising from this Contest will be the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Sponsors (FantasyRacingOnline, Busch North Scene) affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, inaccurate, misdirected, incomplete or unintelligible entries, telephone system or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, or transmission errors; (ii) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize or from participating in the Contest; or (iii) any printing, typographical, administrative technological errors in any material associated with the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond Sponsors’ control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. Sponsors may prohibit you from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH PARTICIPANT. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
