ELIGIBILITY
This
is a separate contest that is open only to players that are registered
in the full season contest
only. There is no extra fee to participate and is considered a BONUS to
the players participating in our full season contest. You must be 18 years
or older to participate and all eligibility requirements contained in the
official rules are applicable. This contest will begin with the first race
in April (04/06/02) - the "Samsung-RadioShack 500" at the Texas Motor Speedway.
To
participate, simply register to play in our full season contest and you
will be automatically entered in to the MEGA PRIZE contest. There is a feature inside the contest that allows you to make your selections.
All
player registered in our full season contest are eligible. If a player
has more than one entry, then this player is entitled to the number of
his full season entries. This includes any players that are registered
in the full season regardless of special promotions, early discounts, or
multiple entry discounts.
HOW
IT WORKS
You
will select TEN drivers that you think will finish in the TOP 10 in
exact order. The final "official" Winston
Cup standings will be used as a basis for the final Top 10. Your selections
must be in exact order
as shown in the final standings.
For
example, if a player selected these drivers (listed below) in this order,
they would have been awarded $250,000 and been our "Mega Prize" winner!

ELIGIBILITY
DEADLINES
To
be eligible, you must meet the above requirements and have made your final
selections prior to the established deadline of April 07, 2003. You may
make your selections anytime prior to the deadline and you can make changes
anytime and as often as you wish. Your most recent selections prior to
the deadline will be deemed your FINAL SELECTIONS. Any player that does
not make selections prior to the deadline will not be eligible.
ABOUT
THE MEGA PRIZE
The
MEGA prize is fully insured and bonded through a third party insurer. The cash will be distributed
by a certified check by Insurer and all applicable taxes are the responsibility
of the winner. In the event that there is a tie, the MEGA prize will be
evenly divided amongst tied teams. The prize will be awarded approximately
4 weeks following the conclusion of the 2003 Winston Cup. The MEGA PRIZE
contest may not be used in the form of gambling or any illegal or explicit
use of conduct. FantasyRacingOnline.com is not responsible for any lost
or damaged entries as a result of computer or technical malfunction of
telecommunications equipment, online networks, server properties, or computer
viruses, bugs, and worms. FantasyRacingOnline.com reserves the right to
disqualify any players that are believed to be tampering, cheating, or
otherwise exposing the integrity of the contest.
The
MEGA PRIZE contest is valid only if the Winston Cup season is completed
in its entirety. If the season is cut short for any reason, the contest
will be determined incomplete and the MEGA PRIZE contest will not be issued.
