The NASCAR Cup Series is off to Richmond, Virginia this weekend for the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway on Sunday afternoon. Thankfully (knock on wood) there’s no rain in the forecast so we should have a “normal” race day this weekend like NASCAR Fantasy players are used to.

Confidence Meter: 4.8/10. Not really liking three high-dollar dominator builds as much this weekend, like that roster above. I’m probably going to stick to just one of Truex/Hamlin for Sunday’s race. A couple of alternate lineups that I put together for cash games are: Truex, Larson, Bowman (or Cindric), Newman, Suarez, Preece … Hamlin, Larson, Bowman (or Cindric), Newman, Suarez, Stenhouse.

Confidence Meter: 6.8/10. Again, not really in love with this lineup, but it’s decent. The 2nd-highest-scoring lineup according to my projections is: Truex, Larson, Bowman, Kurt Busch, DiBenedetto–which I like better–and then the third-best lineup according to projections is Hamlin, Logano, Larson, DiBenedetto, Cindric.
