We’re off to Phoenix for this weekend’s race, which is going to be a 312-lap event on Sunday afternoon in the desert. Phoenix is one of those tracks where track position means a lot, and chances are most of the dominator points this weekend are going to be split between the two drivers starting on the front row: Chase Elliott and Kevin Harvick.

I’m out of town this weekend, so this post is very condensed. It’s basically just my projections. Please note that Martin Truex, Jr. and John Hunter Nemechek will drop to the rear on the pace laps on Sunday but will still be scored from their original qualifying positions. The following chart takes into account the very basics: the starting position and the projected finish of each driver. The projected finishes are averaged from five different ranking systems. Also included are projected laps led for each driver. This doesn’t take into account fastest laps. You can click the headers below to sort the chart by that attribute. By default it is sorted by average projected FPTS.
