The good news? We actually got qualifying in at Auto Club Speed this weekend, as there was no rain that happened on Saturday. The bad news? Things were still a little screwy, as Martin Truex, Jr. wasn’t able to pass inspection beforehand within three attempts, and wasn’t able to post a qualifying lap. In Fantasy NASCAR, he will start from and be scored from the rear. Additionally, Ryan Preece changed his engine, and will have to start from the rear on Sunday, but he will be scored from his original (see below) qualifying spot in NASCAR Fantasy leagues. Teammate Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. will join him back there, but will also be scored from his original starting spot of 10th.
